The Creative Meeting
Your spread is designed to tell your story in a simple, authentic, and memorable way. The objective of your Creative Meeting is to define the key message to convey in your TSG spread and to distill that concept into a visual image. We will review your submission during our Creative Meeting, determine your spread concept, establish a plan for your photo shoot and ensure your questions have been answered.

SPREAD CONCEPT
Define the key message to convey in your TSG spread what supporting elements contribute to that message.
DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL CLIENT
Who is the ideal client you want to reach; What do they care about? What inspires them? What details are important to include? This helps our Team with the creative direction to help deepen the connection between you and your ideal audience.
Showcase parts of your personality, service, or business ethos that helps deepen the connection between you and your ideal audience.
TSG TIP: Upload inspiration images or mood boards to your Volume 3 Client Folder.
Photography
We will discuss the mood, setting, and detailed elements that support the key message.
PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
Portrait: Used to show the character or essence of the subjects by capturing personality and emotion in an image.
Editorial: Illustrate the brand or product's story and match the brand's message.
Lifestyle: Capturing the subject(s) living in their natural environment.
Artistic: Use of backdrops, costumes, and makeup to achieve the look of fantasy
TSG TIP: Your shoot is an excellent opportunity to create fresh and elevated branding content.
LOCATION & TIME OF DAY
Outdoor | Morning “Sunrise Shoot” or late afternoon “Golden Hour”
Indoor | We always prefer to shoot in natural light. Avoid spaces with poor lighting.
Studio | Provides a controlled environment where the setting is created with props, background, and lighting elements.
TSG TIP: Come prepared to SCHEDULE YOUR SHOOT at our creative meeting.
